There are two kinds of earnings on +Shop — donations and commissions — and each has its own payment process. Which one your shop earns is set under Who Benefits in Manage Your +Shop.
Donations
Donations are distributed through Our Change Foundation to eligible nonprofit organizations, with payouts made during the second week of each month. To receive donations, your organization needs an active Employer Identification Number (EIN) on file.
Commissions
If you're eligible to earn commissions, you'll complete your payment setup by securely connecting your bank account through Plaid, our trusted banking partner. During setup, you'll be asked for two things: your Social Security Number (for required tax reporting) and your bank account information (connected through Plaid for direct deposit).
Your personal and banking information is encrypted and used only for payment processing and required tax reporting.
Setting up your payment information
Log in to Manage Your +Shop and follow the prompts to securely connect your bank account. You can set it up or update it anytime.
Withdrawing your funds
Withdraw whenever you like — there's no minimum balance required.
