How do returns and refunds work?
Start a return within 30 days from your My Orders page — refunds go back to your original payment method.
Return requests need to be started within 30 days of purchase from your My Orders page — have your order number and confirmation email handy. If your purchase qualifies, return instructions will be emailed to you.
A few things can't come back: consumables like food, batteries, and light bulbs, plus donations. Shipping charges aren't refundable either.
When you'll see your refund
Once your return reaches the returns center and passes inspection, your refund is issued within 30 days — always to your original payment method — and you'll get a confirmation email after inspection. Details in the +Shop Return Policy.
